Asia stocks climb, with banks advancing 11/28/2011 3:20 AM ET Asian shares jump as investors react to the latest reports of measures designed to get a grip on Europe's debt crisis. Europe, U.S. stock futures point to opening gains 11/28/2011 2:39 AM ET MADRID (MarketWatch) -- Futures for European stock markets were pointing to sharp opening gains on Monday, with investors eyeing media reports that Germany and France have discussed plans to leverage the European Financial Stability Facility and are also seeking ways to deepen fiscal union. Markets were also gaining on media reports that the International Monetary Fund was considering bailout plans for Italy, which was reportedly denied by an IMF spokesperson. Futures for the German DAX 30 index rose 2.3%, while those for the French CAC 40 index rose 1.7% and futures for the FTSE 100 index rose 1.3%. U.S. stock futures were also sharply up, with futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average up 154 points,
