Mark Strassmann reports tonight from Tunica Cutoff, a tiny town in Mississippi. It's aptly named, as the residents are now cut off from their flooded homes and wondering when they'll get back. Does this seem fair? Years after FEMA doled out disaster aid, the agency suddenly informed thousands of beneficiaries it was all a mistake. They shouldn't have gotten the money - and they have to pay it back. Sharyl Attkisson reports on the bitter battle over the reclaimed aid.
