Watts , MarketWatch  FRANKFURT (MarketWatch) — Worries over the fiscal cliff were set to rob Wall Street of Christmas cheer Monday, with stock index futures pointing to a lower start for what will be a shortened preholiday session .  Futures on the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJH3 -0.26% fell 39 points, or 0.3%, to 13,097.
