FDIC Makes Public May Enforcement Actions;

No Administrative Hearings Scheduled for July 2016

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in May. No administrative hearings are scheduled for July 2016.

The FDIC issued a total of 15 orders. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of one consent order; two removal and prohibition orders; three Section 19 orders; two civil money penalties; and seven terminations of consent orders and cease and desist orders.
