Good afternoon everyone, Metals ended the week on surprisingly steady and quiet note despite some excitement in the other markets we follow......Silver finished the trading day off 3 cents at $14.02.......Gold edged up $2.00 closing at $928.00 .....Palladium remained unchanged at $228.00.......Platinum eased $3.00 to end the day and week at $1,112.00....Volume was light to moderate....Other markets were not so tranquil.....The Euro lost additional ground against the Dollar after today's economic data clocked in at or better than the Street estimates.....Consumer Price index came in on target with a 0% change....New York manufacturing clocked in with an index of -4.55....The Street expected -12.....Industrial Production was down .5%; better than the estimate of down .6%....Even the University of Michigan Sentiment index of Consumer Confidence came in above the estimate...The index was 67.9 compared to expectations of 67.......Euro traders continued to sell Euros in favor of the Dollar....Last trade on the Euro $1.3524 off 96/100ths of U.S cent.....The data gave the stock market an early jolt to the upside, but quickly faded as General Motors announced their intention of closing some 1000 dealerships nationwide.....Traders headed for the exits......Last on the Dow 8279 off 52 points.....Crude oil continued to come under pressure with Oil presently down $1.95 per barrel at $56.67.....That's about it for the week....The calendar will be dormant until next Tuesday when Housing Starts and Building Permits hit the tape.....Have a good week-end.......Howard

Well my personal opinion is that there is not much to say about his accuracy. The price may experience a retracement today... read between lines what his great analysis is trying to tell us.
